Backend Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Backend Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role you will be responsible for integrating various systems and software both old and new to ensure seamless operations. You will work closely with our frontend developers project managers and other stakeholders to deliver highquality solutions. Your expertise in backend languages middleware RPA and RESTful APIs will be crucial to your success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Integration: Design develop and maintain robust integration solutions to connect diverse systems and software ensuring efficient data flow and process automation.
• Backend Development: Write clean maintainable and efficient code in backend languages such as Python Java or Node.js.
• Middleware Management: Implement and manage middleware solutions to facilitate communication between different software components and applications.
• Robotic Process Automation (RPA): Develop and deploy RPA solutions to automate repetitive tasks enhance productivity and reduce manual effort.
• API Development: Design build and maintain RESTful APIs to support various frontend and backend services ensuring they are secure scalable and performant.
• Collaboration: Work closely with frontend developers project managers and other stakeholders to gather requirements provide technical guidance and deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to system integration API functionality and overall backend performance.
• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for system integrations API endpoints and other backend processes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Backend Developer or in a similar role with a strong focus on system integration.
• Proficiency in backend programming languages such as Python Java or Node.js.
• Strong understanding and handson experience with middleware technologies.
• Expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools and techniques.
• Extensive experience in designing developing and maintaining RESTful APIs.
• Solid understanding of software development principles design patterns and best practices.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
