Quantity Surveyor ID

• Assist in preparing bill of quantities (BOQ) involving quantity takeoff material sourcing and estimating material.
  
• Analyze quotation from vendors / contractors
  
• Present costing to management.
  
• Understand and reasonably interpret contract documents & drawings.
  
• Project administration and documentation include preparation of quotation variation order (VO) progress claim and final account
  
• Certifies vendor / supplier claims based on site progress.
  
• Follow up closely with designer / site team on site progress regularly.
  
• Handle other adhoc duties as assigned.
  

Requirements

• Prior experience in interior design (ID) firms or builder companies is preferred for Interior Design Quantity Surveyor (ID QS).
  
• Bachelors Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Surveying Architecture or equivalent.
  
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential.
  
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
