Position: HR cum Admin

Employer Company: Construction scaffolding

Schedule: Monday to Saturday 9am 6pm

Monthly off days: 4 days

Salary: Basic $

Total salary: Gross Salary $2100 $2400

OT (Overtime): $2100 $2400 included OT

Responsibities:


responsible for payroll leaves and claims with proper record keeping

apply / renew / cancel work passes of foreign workers

responsible for foreign workers dormitory check in / check out / all FW issues.

apply / renew certifications of the Company and employees

responsible for maintaining insurance coverage of the Company and employees

responsible for record keeping and liaising with authorities and employees.

responsible for vehicle inspections & repair road tax renewal VPC parking labels cash card top ups reimbursements accident claims small tools procurement and claims.

apply grants and follow up on claims

ensure enough workforce at all time of the year

liaising with employment agents check authenticity of training certs conduct interviews.

Other work assigned by your superior


Requirements:


proactive to update calendar schedules alerts and reminders

keep high level of confidentiality

attention to details

ability to ask for help and seek answers when in doubt

Processes at least 12 years of Admin/ HR experience

Diploma in Business
