Proficiency in AutoCad 3D Max photography software and sketching. so that drawings can be provided when required.

Job Description:
Handle the bidding process such as surveying purchasing quotes quantity checking etc.
Researching understanding and interpreting bid requirements
Preparing and arranging necessary for the submission of bids
Sourcing required materials and suppliers processing interim progress claims subcontractor progress claim changes and change orders
Handling projects from contract award to completion including final accounts
Scope of work includes processing and awarding of subcontracts progress claims etc.
Take on specific tasks/assignments as directed by management
Participate in site meetings and be responsible for handling all client requirements/feedback
Drafting technical drawings for fabrication and construction including floor plans elevations sections and details.
Conduct site visits and meet with clients to discuss layout plans and design concepts.
Prepares presentations and visualizations to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
Responsible for preparing and presenting materials mood boards for approval.

Requirements:
Diploma/degree in Quantity Surveying Project Management/Business Development or relevant industry qualifications
Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience preferably in the field of Quantity Surveying or Contracts/Tendering
Willingness to work hard and put in extra effort/time to meet deadlines
