Graduate/Diploma in Engineering with experience in electronics industrial
Minimum 10 years working experience in PCBA manufacturing process is a MUST
Experience in reading gerber
Experience in Bill of Materials
Experience in liaising with customer
Experience in leading NPI projects preferred.

Job Duties:
Responsible for New Product Introduction (NPI) Engineering matters.
Key contact to customer on engineering matters.
Serve as Process Consultant to factory
Work closely with factory on productivity evaluate cause of problem and cost improvement
Responsible for Product Transfer to factory (Batam) that include product training
Responsible to source for special equipment/instrument to support factory
Lead in DFM/FMEA for NPI projects
Responsible to generate ECN and BOM



Jobs Requirement:
Graduate/Diploma in Engineering with experience in electronics industrial

Good analytical communication and interpersonal relation skill.
