YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES - EXCITING AND CHALLENGING

New, cool e-commerce brands are scaling but inconsistent post-sales processes quickly become their growth bottleneck. This is why our mission is to enable online stores to provide their customers with a seamless and best-in-class experience by leveraging our Fulfillment as a Service platform to continue to grow and surpass their competitors.

Are sales, B2B, e-commerce, and solution selling areas where you can position yourself? Have you already experienced selling cloud-based or software-based solutions as a Sales Manager, Sales Representative, Inside Sales Manager, Business Development or any other relevant position? As our BDR, you will have a high impact on Alaiko s growth by discovering potential new customers while leaving your footprint on processes that bring our sales to the next level. All this while gaining a deep understanding of industry trends and working on cool projects to support strategic decisions.

Tasks

  • You will be responsible for the implementation and execution of outbound demand-generation activities
  • You will open doors in our target segments via a multi-touch approach, using high-end tech tools
  • You will identify challenges in the digitalization of prospects' fulfillment and provide initial solution approaches for the digitalization of their fulfillment
  • You will work closely with experienced Sales consultants
  • You will make a decisive contribution to the development and optimization of our outbound strategy

Requirements

  • You have +3 years of experience as BDR or in relevant sales roles
  • You are passionate about business development and enjoys sharing your knowledge with more junior colleagues
  • You are persuasive, communicate confidently and exude trust and reliability. Still, you are equally good at listening to find out the needs of potential customers
  • You are highly motivated and have stamina and endurance
  • You are eager to learn and feel comfortable working in an ambitious sales organization
  • You are emphatic and enjoy understanding and overcoming challenges
  • You find it easy to adapt quickly to changing situations in a dynamic environment
  • You are tech and E-commerce savvy and ready to understand our fulfillment platform
  • You are a true communication talent with very good German (C2) and English skills, both written and spoken
