HR Shared Services Senior Executive Position Description
Key Responsibilities:
Handle new joiner onboarding, BGV process, employee query handling & offboarding process
Handle payroll processing, benefits & statutory compliance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in administering payroll, benefits, HR operations, etc.
Work closely with HR Business partners in implementing PMS and ensure closure on time
Administer operations related to HR Information Systems. Update, manage and report on HR data and provide relevant analytics to drive business results.
Design, Monitor, and ensure the delivery of a comprehensive set of performance metrics that are relevant to the HR Shared Services operational model
Work with vendors in ensuring 100% compliance w.r.t. statutes and payroll
Work with insurance vendors in designing and offering competitive GMC,GPA & GTL policies to employees
Work with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with audit & quality initiatives requirements.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor s degree in human resources or a related field. MBAs will be preferred.
A minimum of 5years of progressive Shared Services Center experience required.
MUST have advanced working knowledge of MsExcel and MsPresentation
Has worked in a HR Operations / HR Shared Services operating model.
Ideal professional comes from IT/ITES/FinTech domain.
MUST have good working knowledge of any leading HRMS / HRIS.
Professionals who have been part of any HRMS/HRIS implementation will be preferred.
