Senior Visa Counselor

Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Senior Visa Counselor to join our team and assist individuals with the visa application process for travel to the United States. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to clients in preparing and submitting their visa applications as well as handling any inquiries or issues that may arise throughout the process. The Senior Visa Counselor will also be responsible for staying current on the latest visa regulations and policies to ensure that clients receive accurate and uptodate information.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in completing visa application forms and gathering required documentation
• Review visa applications for accuracy and compliance with US immigration laws
• Provide clients with guidance on the visa application process and address any questions or concerns they may have
• Communicate with clients consulates and government agencies to track the progress of visa applications
• Stay informed on changes to visa regulations and policies and update clients accordingly
• Handle any issues that may arise during the visa application process such as delays or denials
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and visa applications
