Job Responsibilities
Business Metrics
- Managing operating departmental budgets and costs
- Accountable for net sales/EBIT/headcount responsibility where applicable
General
- Manage operating departmental budgets and costs according to annual allocation to ensure efficient usage of resources where applicable
- Develop business and marketing plans in coordination with clients to achieve overall business objectives and profitability
- Gather and report client operational results in comparison to KPIs set in the service level agreements
- Explore any opportunities of new products or product expansion; manage the contract renewal process
- Take necessary actions to resolve clients operational issues/service complaints
- Manage and schedule business communications and business review meetings with clients management teams
- Act as frontline representative with the client management team to facilitate ad hoc operational issue resolution escalating to senior management as appropriate
- Act as a representative to communicate all other necessary issues to clients management teams
Leadership
- Manage and oversee teams delivery of team/function goals to drive execution against goals set
- Drive and manage learning and development of team in the area of Client Management and behaviors to achieve team/function goals
- Drive selflearning and improvement in the area of Client Management and behaviors as part of continuous learning
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or an equivalent degree
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role and 2 years experience in a managerial capacity
- Demonstrate strong understanding of clients industry/business/products
- Demonstrate strong client management and communication skills
- Proven project management skills
- Strong analytical background and knowledge of statistical analysis methods
- Demonstrate appreciation and respect for cultural sensitivities especially in crosscountry/cultural interactions
- Demonstrate fluency in English both written and spoken
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel Word and PowerPoint)

Salary Package :
- Basic : MYR 8000 max
- Allowance : i) Transport Allowance MYR 500
- (Current entitlement ii) Parking & Tol Allowance MYR 120 might change in July) iii) Mobile Claim MYR 100 max cap
Other benefits (per annum)
Optical and Dental : MYR 300 per year
Additional 3% EPF Employer contribution
28 days medical leave per annum
60 days hospitalization leave per annum
10 days Congratulatory/Compassionate leave per annum
