JOB SCOPE

1. Team Performance Monitoring

a. Set strategic directions and lead Matrix Contract Project Audit units.

b. Evaluate and improve processes to enhance operational efficiency and

effectiveness.

2. Property Development Oversight

a. Lead strategic planning initiatives to align property development projects

with organizational goals.

b. Monitor overall performance of development projects ensuring they

adhere to quality and timeline expectations.

c. Control development costs effectively to maintain profitability.

d. Supervise the structural integrity and compliance of development

projects from inception to completion.

e. Manage development operating cashflow to support ongoing and

upcoming projects.

3. Development Process Optimization

a. Manage system requirements and specifications to streamline

development processes.

b. Implement continuous enhancements to improve operational efficiencies

and project outcomes.

4. Managing Development Profit Margins

a. Maintain and enhance profit margins of development projects to

optimize costs and revenues.

b. Oversee financial aspects from budgeting to cost reconciliation ensuring

projects meet financial targets.
