What You Will Do

Who You Are
1. A proven leader and enabler with extensive experience in recruitment business development or a related field ideally within the education sector.
2. Highly skilled in networking with a talent for nurturing significant partnerships and community relations.
3. Motivated by innovation and collaboration you thrive in dynamic environments that require strategic foresight and robust interpersonal skills.
4. A communityminded individual who is passionate about making a difference and empowering others.
5. Fluent in Chinese (speak read and write) enabling effective communication in diverse educational settings.
6. At least 3 years of 360degree recruitment experience in education demonstrating a deep understanding of the sectors unique challenges and opportunities.
