A leading company in the personal care manufacturing sector is seeking a detailoriented HR Specialist to join its HR & Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing payroll transactions accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies. Experience in the pharmaceutical or cosmetics industries is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Process monthly payroll transactions including salary calculations bonuses deductions and overtime
Maintain accurate employee records including attendance leave balances and payroll files
Ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations and labor laws
Prepare payroll reports and provide periodic analysis to the HR and Finance teams
Coordinate with relevant departments for payroll inputs such as promotions transfers or deductions
Handle employee inquiries related to payroll compensation and benefits
Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in payroll processing
Experience in a pharmaceutical or cosmetics manufacturing environment is preferred
Strong knowledge of labor laws income tax regulations and social insurance procedures
Proficient in MS Excel and payroll systems (e.g. SAP Odoo or similar)
High attention to detail confidentiality and strong organizational skills
