Job Title: HR & Admin Associate
Education: Graduate (Arts or Commerce) in all cases
Experience: 3 4 years in HR & Administration (IR-related exposure preferred)
Computer Literacy:
Strong working knowledge of computer applications specifically MS Office (Word &
Excel) and SAP
Key Responsibilities
Attendance & Leave Management:
Maintain daily attendance and leave records for workers and staff.
Overtime & Compensatory Off Verification:
Verify overtime and compensatory off claims; maintain accurate records.
Onboarding Formalities:
Complete all joining formalities including employment applications
Training Records Maintenance:
Maintain comprehensive training records for all employees.
Statutory Record Keeping:
Maintain all statutory records related to various labor laws (Factory Act PF
ESIC Contract Labour Act).
Statutory Returns Filing:
File all statutory returns as required under labor laws.
License Renewal:
Ensure renewal of statutory licenses such as Factory License Fire NOC CLA
etc.
Liaison Activities:
Liaise with external bodies including Labour Department PF ESIC authorities
and other administrative agencies.
Housekeeping Oversight:
Oversee housekeeping of the core processing area and plant surroundings to
ensure workplace aesthetics.
Courier Services Management:
Handle courier services and maintain related records.
Employee Support (ESIC & PF):
Provide support and assistance to employees regarding ESIC and PF matters.
Invoice Handling:
Handle and verify invoices from vendors relating to HR and Admin services.
Contractor Compliance & Billing:
Maintain contractors statutory compliance records; verify their bills for accuracy.
Stationery & Printing Coordination:
Manage the plants printing and stationery requirements; coordinate with vendors
for timely delivery.
