1. Executing Training Programs: Implement comprehensive training programs that align with organizational goals and employee development needs. Look at multi-modal ways to run training programs addressing identified development needs such as workshops e-learnings virtual instructor led courses etc.
2. Training Operations : Own all aspects of training operations including vendor management internal stakeholder alignment participant communication and engagement.
3. Training Design and Development : Collaborate with HRBPs and training vendors/partners to identify training needs and develop tailored solutions.
5. Evaluate Effectiveness: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback assessments and performance metrics.
6. Manage Learning Resources: Maintain and update training materials resources and tools/analytics to ensure they are current and relevant.
7. Support Performance Mgmt Leadership/Career Development: Provide supporting to HRBPs for general trainings of performance mgmt career development and leadership growth opportunities.
8. Other projects/tasks : Contribute to other projects/tasks in line with organization objectives as well as personal development needs
9. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
Required Competencies
1. Degree holder in Human Resource Management or equivalent discipline
2. Minimum of 3 years experience in an HR role
3. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
4. Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously without compromising quality standards
5. Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail
6. Proactive approach towards problem solving
7. Strong organizational skills
8. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholder including HRBPs vendors and etc.
