What Youll Do

As a Sales Estimator youll meet with homeowners inspect properties identify water-management issues and provide customized solutions.

Responsibilities

Attend scheduled estimates on time
Inspect homes and identify gutter and drainage issues
Educate customers on available solutions
Prepare accurate estimates within 48 hours
Effectively communicate product value and differentiation
Follow up consistently on open proposals
Maintain strong closing percentages and sales goals
Coordinate project details with production teams
Visit sold jobs to maintain customer relationships
Return customer inquiries promptly and professionally
Maintain accurate records in company software systems

Business Development

While most leads are company-generated top performers also:

Ask for referrals
Participate in networking groups
Build strategic relationships
Generate additional opportunities through personal initiative
