As an Online Chat Support Representative you will be the first point of contact for our customers assisting them with inquiries and resolving issues through online chat. Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via online chat
- Provide accurate information and assist with product-related inquiries

- Document customer interactions in our CRM system

Requirements
