Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer requests efficiently via phone email or live chat.
• Provide exceptional polite and professional support during every interaction.
• Deliver accurate actionable and solution-driven responses to users.
• Register and maintain accurate records of client interactions in our internal database.
• Follow established quality benchmarks and operational team standards.
• Liaise with international team members when required to solve complex cases.

Requirements:

• Native or C1-C2 level proficiency in German (fluent/bilingual).
• English language skills at a B1 level or higher.
• Fully prepared to relocate live and work in Portugal.
• A proactive dependable individual with a strong willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working within a diverse multicultural corporate setting.
• Must hold EU citizenship or a valid existing work permit for Portugal.
