German-Speaking Customer Service Advisor Tech

Were recruiting German speakers for a Customer Support Specialist role on a Tech account based in Porto Portugal.

Youll help users of a major digital platform with account and product support.

Work model: On-Site.

Start date: 17/Sep/26.

Finance/Accounts Receivable background preferred.

Day to day youll handle inbound customer contacts across phone chat and email log details clearly in the internal system and pass on trickier issues to a specialist when required.

Were looking for candidates who communicate confidently in German and are comfortable working in English day to day.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential as full training is provided.
