A Multilingual Services client in Porto Portugal is looking for a German-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team.

Youll handle customer queries in a multilingual contact centre environment.

Work model: On-Site.

Start date: 03/Sep/26.

2 years travel industry customer service experience required.

Your daily tasks will include responding to customer enquiries across multiple channels documenting each case accurately and flagging anything unusual to a supervisor.

Were looking for candidates who communicate confidently in German and are comfortable working in English day to day.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential as full training is provided.
