Your Core Responsibilities

• Inbound Management: Respond to French-speaking clients via multiple channels addressing questions regarding payment processing digital wallets and account status.
• Resolution Ownership: Take charge of complex billing issues and technical hurdles ensuring every customer walks away with a solution.
• Security & Compliance: Uphold strict financial safety protocols to protect user data and verify transaction legitimacy.
• Collaboration: Work alongside an international team using your English skills to sync with management and technical departments.
• Service Standards: Meet and exceed quality KPIs to maintain the gold standard of customer satisfaction.

What We Look For
