What You Will Do

As a front-line support specialist you will serve as the essential connection between customers and the brand turning routine inquiries into great customer experiences.

• Inbound Customer Care: Help Danish-speaking customers via phone email and live chatresolving inquiries about order tracking product specifications warranties deliveries and initial device setup.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Listen to customer issues regarding smart appliances and gadgets diagnose the root problem provide clear step-by-step instructions or escalate complex repairs to technical teams.
• Case Logging: Record all customer contacts feedback and solutions accurately within the CRM system to ensure complete case records.
• Brand Advocacy: Stay updated on new product launches firmware updates and company guidelines sharing this information with empathy and professionalism.
• Skill Development: Participate in fully paid ongoing training programs to keep your technical knowledge and communication skills up to date.

Requirements

• Language Proficiency: Fluent Danish (C1/C2 level) alongside strong professional working English (B2 level).
• Location & Legal Status: Currently living in Portugal (or fully prepared to relocate) with legal authorization to work remotely within the country.
• Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills combined with a patient customer-first approach.
• Technical Savvy: Comfortable navigating computers managing multiple software applications simultaneously and quickly learning new platforms.

Preferred Extras

• Previous experience in customer service call centers hospitality or retail is helpful but not required.
• A genuine interest in smart home ecosystems modern appliances or consumer tech.

Work Schedule

• Weekly Commitment: Standard 40-hour work week (8 hours per day 5 days per week).
• Shift Window: Fixed daytime hours running from 08:00 to 17:00.

Salary & Benefits

• Base Income: 1400 gross monthly distributed across 14 payments per year (includes standard Portuguese summer and Christmas bonus allocations).
