Job Summary

The SAD project is a strategic European initiative within Bosch focused on growing the Direct-to Consumer (D2C) business for Power Tools through marketplaces digital channels and future eShops. The Lisbon Hub acts as a strategic and operational support center for several European markets working closely with international teams across e-commerce marketing logistics customer support IT and finance. Our goal is to build a strong customer-centric and scalable D2C business while continuously improving the digital customer experience and operational efficiency. We are a dynamic flexible and collaborative team adapting our roles and responsibilities as the project evolves and grows. This international environment encourages continuous learning innovation cross-functional collaboration and personal development.

Your contribution to something big: 

As the E-commerce Sales & Operations Assistant you will be at the forefront of driving and optimizing our regional online sales performance. Your role will encompass a range of responsibilities aimed at maximizing sales enhancing user experience and ensuring alignment with global commercial standards. Youll have the following responsibilities:

  • Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and enhance sales performance and on-site conversion rates (CVR) for our regional D2C webshop and marketplaces;
  • Sales Performance: Drive and optimize sales across the regional D2C webshop and marketplaces to meet and exceed P&L targets and sales metrics;
  • Commercial Guidelines: Implement global commercial guidelines and 4P strategies across the regional webshop and marketplaces ensuring:
    • Pricing aligns with global pricing rules and corridors;
    • Product availability and exclusives adhere to assortment structures and guidelines. o Promotion rules follow global D2C standards;
    • Webshop and marketplaces operate in line with local platform guidelines.
  • Market Focus: Concentrate efforts on key European markets;
  • Collaboration: Coordinate regularly with the regional head of Europe webshop capability owners and maintain strong relationships with regional marketplace managers including monitoring terms and conditions (T&C) and service level agreements (SLA).

Qualifications :

What distinguishes you:

  • Education: A university degree in business economics ideally paired with a passion for business informatics or a related field;
  • Personality: Exceptional communication skills a strong drive for sales and a commitment to continuous learning;
  • Work Method: Analytical innovative solution-oriented strategic and goal-focused;
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in managing webshops marketplaces online marketing and sales. Preferably in an agency or industries such as consumer electronics fashion or telecommunication;
  • Technical Know-how: In-depth knowledge of technologies and trends in webshops marketplaces online marketing and sales including Commerce Tools employee shops and MoR concepts. Analytical skills including the use of Microsoft Packages especially Excel (Advance).
