Job Summary
- End-to-end management of communication channels (e-mail SMS and push notifications);
- Strategic alignment between the brand creative agencies and business needs;
- Set up and send campaigns directly on the Adobe and Sales Manago platforms;
- Monitoring of KPIs (open rates click-through rates conversion rates);
- Preparation of regular performance reports using Excel PowerPoint and Power BI;
- Presentation of improvements based on the analysed data.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field with 3 years of experience in CRM management or digital marketing;
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Adobe - Campaign/Experience and/orSales Manago);
- Strong knowledge of email marketing audience segmentation and personalisation techniques;
- Experience with data analysis reporting tools (Excel Power BI);
- Excellent project management analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English and Spanish (minimum B2 level for both).
