BusinessOps Associate (AI-native, Vibe Coder, AI Builder) | Strategy & Operations CEO Team | Deep Tech Healthtech

In this role you will support strategic initiatives and optimize operational processes directly contributing to our mission of transforming healthcare. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership in a fast-paced innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analyses of market trends competitive landscapes and internal performance metrics to inform strategic decision-making including financial modelling and projections scenarios.

• Operational Support: Assist in the development and implementation of operational processes and systems to enhance efficiency and scalability.

• Data Management: Collect analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.

• Project Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the execution of strategic projects ensuring alignment with company objectives.

• Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management summarizing findings and proposing data-driven solutions.

• AI Ownership: Build and own internal automation and AI agent workflows (Make/n8n Notion HubSpot LLM-based tooling) to eliminate manual work across finance BD and reporting. 

• Fundraising Preparation: Work closely with senior management to draft and prepare compelling presentations and materials for external stakeholders and investors including data room preparation financial model maintenance investor Q&A DD responses and board materials.

Qualifications :

• Educational Background: Background in Business Administration Economics Engineering or a related field. 

• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in consulting business analysis or a related role. Experience in startups is very advantageous.

• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills capable of conveying complex information clearly and concisely.

• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with business intelligence software advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and PowerPoint and ease in working with AI and automation tools to drive delivery. Beginner-level programming skills in Python are preferred but not mandatory.

• AI-native and builder skills: Track-record of quickly building and putting into practice new processes and tools using AI software apps. Vibe coding experience is a strong plus

• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment with a proactive and flexible approach to work.

• Overachiever mindset: Willingness to go the extra mile whenever necessary easily switching from board-level strategy to hands-on execution.

• Fluency in English is required; Fluency in Portuguese is preferred but not mandatory.
