UX Designer

Job Overview:

TabSense is seeking a talented and innovative UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in creating user-centered designs for our cloud-based POS system, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience for our clients in the food and beverage sector. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and satisfaction of our users, ranging from small cafes to large restaurants.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research to understand the needs and behaviors of our food and beverage clients.
• Create user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to guide the product design process.
• Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for both mobile and web platforms of our POS system.
• Collaborate with the Product Manager and development team to ensure designs are feasible and align with business goals.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine and improve designs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Advocate for UX best practices and ensure accessibility standards are met in all designs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a UX Designer, with a portfolio that demonstrates designs in the SaaS or POS systems, experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
