Senior Specialist with native level of German

Tasks

What you will do:

- Providing customer service support to all assigned customers in Central market through all the channels (e-mail, tickets and phone)

- Working closely with internal and external departments (partners, insurance department, sales and other Customer Service Teams)

- Recording, managing and reporting all the activities related to orders and deliveries

- Dealing with returns and complaints and implementing strategies around

- Performing special tasks

Requirements

Most Important Skills:

• Seniors need to have +3 years of experience in CS, Sales or Logistics
• Excel
• Availability to travel for the training in Germany (3 weeks to 1 month)
• SAP business objects OR Salesforce - if they don t have any experience with any of these, we can still consider you.
• CS B2C experience
• CS B2B is an advantage
• CS Order management
