- Understanding all our Support contracts, technologies, and clients.
- Meeting with clients to assess any changes in the Bill of Material (devices to be covered in the support agreement).
- Working with the technical team to ensure the best proposed type of support.
- Preparing proposals for the renewal of contracts when needed.
- Following up with the clients on the renewals.
- Managing logistics, such as getting. and preparing agreement drafts.
- Ensuring that the deals are logged on the CRM.
- Following up to ensure closure on all fronts;. agreement, CRM, and vendor back-to-back agreement when needed.
