Recruiter for Managing Director Business Development

Our growing boutique consulting firm Synergy Management Group is seeking a highly experienced recruiter to rapidly source candidates for the following position:

Project Fee: $2500

Project Fee earned and payable upon your sourced candidates successful completion of 1 Month Challenge as specified in the LinkedIn Job Description below.

If multiple sourced candidates successfully complete the 1 Month Challenge your Project Fee will be multiplied accordingly. i.e. if you source 4 candidates that successfully complete the 1 Month Challenge your earned Project Fee would be $10000 based on the initial proposed Project Fee of $2500.
