We are seeking a highly motivated LCSW Clinical Director to oversee and run an OASAS group/clinic. The ideal candidate should be credentialed as a social worker with knowledge of substance abuse.
Expectations for this position involve:
Provide clinical oversight of counseling services
Manage staff schedules and caseloads
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Develop policies and procedures for program operations
Moreover Run and oversee an OASAS group/clinic
Qualifications:
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Knowledgeable in substance abuse treatment strategies & evidencebased practices
Experience providing supervision to clinical staff preferred but not required.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at once while remaining organized;
