- Researching, writing, and organizing information in a professional and credible manner.
- Respond to RFPs and Tenders including bid strategies, teaming, and win themes.
- Gather background information and research necessary to draft high-quality proposals.
- Plan approaches and pitches and develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Conduct necessary proposal revisions and editing according to feedback.
- Review final technical proposals and conduct copy editing of final proposals and annexes.
- Prepare Proposals Presentations and assist in Presenting them to potential customers and leads.
- Manage the technical proposal process to include, but not limited to collaborating with partners and consultants and assisting with cost proposals.
- Maintain accurate and timely updated customer pipeline and forecast sheet.
