About the Role


In this position the successful applicant will provide Level 2/ 3 support to their clients.


What they need


  1. A minimum of five years of experience delivering managed IT services and / or equivalent clientfacing service experience.
  2. Experience with implementing and managing Microsoft products including Windows Server (up to 2019) Windows 10 Microsoft 365 Exchange AD Endpoint Manager Microsoft Azure
  3. Experience with implementing and managing HyperV and other virtualisation technologies.
  4. Experience with implementing and managing Network infrastructure including Sophos XG Firewalls Unifi Switching Aruba and other Wireless solutions
  5. Experience with implementing and managing backup solutions plus business continuity and disaster recovery (BCDR) solutions.
  6. Experience implementing and managing 3CX Phone Systems
