Skills Required:
Exceptional quantitatively-oriented team player with effective time management and multi-tasking skills.
Responsibilities include:
? Monitoring existing investments including fundamental exposures, leverage levels, terms, team dynamics, fund sizes, product evolution, risk management and regulatory filings
? Supporting the evaluation and due diligence of potential investments, which involves performing quantitative and qualitative analyses and conducting onsite visits
? Preparing and presenting results and recommendations for review and approval by the Chief Investment Officer and Managing Directors of the Office of Investments
? Helping prepare materials for the Investment Committee
? Participating in asset allocation studies, including capital markets research associated with different asset classes and strategies
? Tracking fundraising cycles for non-marketable investment mangers
? Evaluating and implementing new products and systems
? Developing ongoing reports of activities
