Hey tech enthusiasts! Our client is looking for an Application Support Analyst to join their CIB Technology division. Youll be supporting and maintaining SWIFT & Payments Applications ensuring seamless operations for various user communities. If youre passionate about technology love solving problems and can provide topnotch support we want to hear from you!
Requirements
To thrive in this role youll need:
- Availability for 24/7 support.
- Knowledge of domestic payment streams (EFT RTC RTGS) and international payments.
- Familiarity with SWIFT message standards and related systems.
- Understanding of AntiMoney Laundering and Sanctions Screening processes.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Experience with Unix/Linux IBM MQ IBM WAS Oracle DB MS SQL MS Server and Microsoft Azure.
- Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to respond to and resolve incidents effectively.
- A proactive approach to improving processes and preventing recurring issues.
