Job Description:We are looking for a strategic and resultsdriven Senior Marketing Automation Specialist to oversee our marketing automation initiatives. As the Senior Marketing Automation Specialist you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing automation strategies that align with business goals and objectives. You will lead a team of marketing automation professionals implement and optimize marketing automation platforms and workflows and drive successful campaigns that deliver measurable results.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic marketing automation plans that align with business goals and objectives.
- Lead the marketing automation team in implementing and optimizing marketing automation platforms including but not limited to Marketo HubSpot Pardot or similar tools.
- Design and build marketing automation workflows lead nurturing programs and email campaigns that drive engagement conversion and retention.
- Collaborate with marketing sales and product teams to develop segmented and personalized customer journeys and automated campaigns based on customer behaviors and preferences.
- Monitor and analyze marketing automation performance metrics such as email open rates clickthrough rates conversion rates and lead quality to measure effectiveness and optimize performance.
- Stay abreast of industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in marketing automation and recommend innovative approaches to drive results.
- Manage marketing automation budgets track expenses and ensure campaigns are executed within budgetary guidelines.
- Prepare and present marketing automation plans campaign reports and performance insights to stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing automation initiatives with overall marketing strategies and objectives.
- Mentor and coach junior marketing automation specialists providing guidance feedback and support to help them grow and develop their skills.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum of six years of experience in marketing automation digital marketing or related roles with demonstrated success in planning and executing marketing automation campaigns.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation principles best practices and industry trends.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and tools such as Marketo HubSpot Pardot or similar software.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data analyze trends and make datadriven decisions.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a crossfunctional team environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of marketing automation professionals.
