Title: Injection Mold Technician Shift: 1st or 2nd
Type: Direct Placement
Description:
- Maintain the control of processes in injection
- Perform mold and/or material changes as dictated by the production
- Material Handler: Loading material for production
- Mold Mechanic: Perform mold changes
- Mold Setter: Install molds into the mold machine
- Mold Processor: Performs process troubleshooting during the mold (Sets mold and barrel temps, shot )
- Training for use of robots for part de-gating and part removal from molds
- General Housekeeping
Requirements
- Read prints and processing technical
- Reading measurements and proper usage of calipers, micrometers, optical
- Knowledge of resins, shrinkage rates, mold set up, process and
