In-Store Retail Sales Rep

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers as they enter the store.
  

• Provide product information answer inquiries and offer recommendations to enhance the customer shopping experience.
  

• Actively promote and sell products to meet and exceed sales targets.
  

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the features and benefits of the products offered.
  

• Stay informed about new arrivals promotions and product updates.
  

• Provide regular feedback on sales performance and customer interactions.
  

• Assist in preparing sales reports as needed.
  

• Process customer transactions accurately using the POS system.
  

• Handle cash credit and other forms of payment securely.
  

• Managing social media accounts.
  

Requirements

• Previous retail sales experience is preferred.
  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  

• Strong customer service orientation.
  

• Ability to work in a fastpaced retail environment.
  

• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.
  

• Enthusiastic and motivated to achieve sales targets.
  

• Flexibility to work weekends evenings and holidays as needed.
