Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Analyst to join our team in Lagos Nigeria. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and a passion for analyzing financial data to drive business decisions. As a Financial Analyst you will play a crucial role in providing insights and recommendations to our clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct financial analysis and research to support business decisions and strategies

Prepare financial reports budgets and forecasts

Analyze financial data and identify trends risks and opportunities

Develop financial models and scenarios to support decisionmaking

Collaborate with other departments to gather and analyze financial information

Present findings and recommendations to senior management and clients

Monitor and report on financial performance and variances

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in financial analysis

Assist with financial planning and budgeting processes

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy of financial analysis

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field

3 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role

Strong understanding of financial principles and concepts

Proficient in financial modeling and data analysis

Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other financial software

Experience with financial planning and budgeting processes

Strong communication and presentation skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Attention to detail and accuracy

CPA or CFA certification is a plus
