Job Description

  • Prepare manpower planning annually, and identify staff vacancies, replacements, and select applicants.
  • Managing recruitment processes: (posting vacancies, employee referrals, internal candidates, recruiting agencies, screening and interviewing, selection activities and issuing offer letters for new hires, exit interviews to identify reasons for turnovers, etc.).
  • Handling the Hiring process.
  • Prepare and follow the annual forecast Manpower Requirements with the all Managers.
  • Responsible for the full hiring process which includes coordinating head haunting ,job posts.
  • Reviewing resumes to select the matching profiles for the position, conducting phone interviews, face to face interview and reports outcome in a timely manner, Administered offer letters, negotiated salaries.

Job Requirements

  • Do not apply if you are not from Haram or Sheikh zayed or Dokki city or Agouza or Maadi or nearby area.
  • Females only.
  • Bachelor Degree in business administration
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Fluent in English.
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Excellent in Microsoft office
  • 3-5 years of experience.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Can Join Immediately
  • HR Certificate is a plus.
  • Interviewing skills
  • Strong working knowledge of HR functions and procedures (e.g. pay and benefits, recruitment, training, and development).
