The Human Resources Data Analyst will maintain the integrity and reliability of the HRIS, ensuring applications meet the needs, requirements, and objectives of the HR Department and overall This individual will serve as the bridge between the end-users and technical capabilities of the HR This position provides data updates, analysis and maintenance in all systems and provides compensation analysis as well as support for job
Responsibilities may include:
System Maintenance/ Foundation Support
Employee Data Analytics and Reporting
Prepares reports, scorecards, and
Collect and maintain relevant data to help stakeholders make informed
Maintain and update all payroll data process information for Finance/Payroll Department
Maintain and process enrollment for all benefit programs in HRIS and broker
Update all systems including website with updated employee
Support and Training
Provide HRIS training and hands-on support for
Work with Total Rewards Manager to support department projects and initiatives
Provide training for users on new/enhanced system
Rewards Planning & Support
Work with managers to provide job description updates for
Maintain job data in system and ensure links to compensation program and talent acquisition system
Run basic compensation salary analysis and provide updates to managers in conjunction with Total Rewards
System Implementation
Work with Total Rewards Manager in the implementation and integration of an HCM system
Analyze current processes and make recommendations for process/customer service improvement via the use of
Work with business analysis to map the process to ensure users and HR understand updates or
Verification and Data Support
Qualifications include:
2+ years of experience working in HR specifically in Data reporting, analysis, and system
Bachelor s Degree preferred in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or Human Resources
