Job Description

  • Manage a team of Quality assurance specialists.
  • Prepare and share weekly, monthly reports with your direct manager in timely manner.
  • Prepare and update the templates and translation requests for (scripts, shift briefs, Terms & Conditions, IVR scripts etc...)
  • Create and update written and visual training materials and external customer resources.
  • Conduct random evaluations of agent tickets/chats/calls to ensure the quality of the Customer Service Team and adherence to each department’s policies and procedures.
  • Identify areas of improvement on a team level, and make recommendations for enhancements to training materials and internal/external resources.
  • Plan and conduct group workshops based on customer feedback, employee metrics, and frequent performance or efficiency matters
