- Building the capacity of community organizers to share knowledge and resources effectively.
- Working with CBOs and Community Pioneers to plan community initiatives by supporting the development of concept notes, which includes working with community members to understand essential stages of initiative design, integrating Siren recommendations, giving feedback on drafts and assisting their revision, and translating final documents from Arabic into English.
- Working with the Siren team to design and implement capacity building exercises as needed to support the successful development and implementation of community initiatives.
