Overview:

The Business Development Executive plays a crucial role in driving the growth of the organization by identifying new business opportunities building and maintaining relationships with potential clients and negotiating contracts. This role is essential for expanding the companys customer base and ensuring its longterm success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Develop and implement growth strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong longlasting customer relationships.
  • Negotiate and close business deals.
  • Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams.
  • Generate leads and cold call prospective customers.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Manage CRM and other sales tools.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions to customer issues.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences.
  • Develop sales and marketing materials.
  • Report on sales activities and results.
  • Contribute to the overall growth strategy of the company.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Executive or relevant role.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Experience in developing and implementing growth strategies.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Excellent presentation and pitching skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Understanding of market research and competitor analysis.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Professional and ethical conduct at all times.
  • Valid drivers license (if required).
