Your responsibilities and impact as Automobile Customer Service Agent will be:

In this role, you will be in charge of providing support and advice to customers regarding their automobiles.Your tasks are:Customer Service via phone and email

• Providing product information to customers
• Professional advice on the use of the products
• Processing of warranty cases

• Type of contract: a long-term fixed-term contract, renewable every year
• Working hours: full time (40 hours/week) on rotating shifts (5 days/week with 8 hours, Mon-Fri 7 AM-6 PM)
• Salary conditions (*) 2 options:Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included):950 gross/monthExcluding accommodation: 1160 gross/month
• For international candidates:
• Reimbursement of your initial flight expenses after 9 months

• Yearly two-way flight ticket back to your home country (within the EU)
