DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Source and attract candidates through various channels such as databases social media and job fairs
- Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates knowledge skills experience and aptitudes
- Collaborate with different departments and managers to identify staffing needs
- Facilitate the onboarding process to ensure seamless integration of new employees
- Foster strong relationships with candidates serving as a trusted recruiter throughout the selection process
- Create update and maintain analytical reports and databases
REQUIREMENTS
- At least nearnative proficiency in Dutch/Flemish (written and spoken) and B2 level of English
- University degree preferably in Human Resources or a related field
- Proven work experience in recruitment familiarity with hiring profiles assessments interviews and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Strong organizational communication networking and presentation skills
- Experience with sourcing techniques (hiring profile assessments interviews and
ongoing followup) and understanding of referral programs is a plus
