We are seeking an Assistant Brand Manager to support a leading global cosmetics company in Los Angeles CA.
This is a longterm contract role open to local candidates.
Duration: 12 months
Job Summary:
This key role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness engage our target audience and boost sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze market trends consumer behavior and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop comprehensive product development strategies aligned with market trends.
- Lead the planning and development of new product concepts from ideation to launch.
- Develop pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profit margins.
- Analyze product performance and make datadriven decisions to optimize financial outcomes.
- Create and maintain detailed project timelines for each product launch.
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels with Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs) in Korea and China.
- Craft compelling and accurate product descriptions marketing copy and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create persuasive and engaging content that resonates with the target audience.
Requirements
Education:
- BS degree in Marketing Business or related field
Required:
- 3 years of experience in the Skincare products
- Must be self starter and a collaborative team player
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written and ability to present professionally to crossfunctional teams and related vendors
- Strong project management and time management skills with an ability to handle multiple projects
- High interest in makeup and knowledge around current trends
- Excellent organization skills
- Strong desire to work through challenges by implementing creative solutions

The anticipated pay rate for this position is $24 to $30. This range may be modified in the future and actual compensation may vary from posting based on geographic location work experience education and/or skill level. Employees may be eligible to participate in company employee benefit programs such as health insurance savings plan pension plan disability plan vacation pay sick time holiday pay and work personal and family time off in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
