Project Manager

Requirements:

5 years of direct project management experience on $20M projects (schools & higher education project experience highly preferred)

Bachelors degree in Engineering Architecture Construction Management or a related field. Applicable experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.

Current PMP (Project Management Professional) or CCM (Certified Construction Manager) certifications

OSHA 30

Organized with great attention to detail

Effective presentation skills both to internal and external groups

Well versed in excel and all MS Office Programs

Strong and proactive communication (written phone and in person)

Ability to work well with colleagues subcontractors vendors architects designers and the community

What is Offered:

Salary Range: $115000$135000 commensurate with experience
