HR Business Partner

Job Description

We are recruiting for a Human Resources Business Partner on behalf of a client to play a key role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives while fostering a fair compliant and high-performing workplace culture. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced HR generalist who is confident operating in a unionised environment and passionate about delivering practical people solutions that support business growth and employee engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting recruitment and talent retention initiatives.
• Advising management on employee relations matters.
• Facilitating performance and talent management processes.
• Driving HR projects and change management initiatives.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant labour legislation and HR governance requirements.
• The successful candidate will also partner closely with management teams to provide strategic HR guidance workforce planning support succession planning and HR analytics to support decision-making.

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate will hold a Degree or relevant Diploma in an HR-related field.
• At least 3 years HR generalist experience within a unionised environment.
• Strong knowledge of relevant labour legislation sound employee relations experience excellent stakeholder engagement skills and computer literacy are essential.
• A valid drivers licence and willingness to travel and work after hours when required will be advantageous.
