The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate inventory control maintaining stock levels and supporting operational efficiency. Strong computer skills are essential for this role as the position involves daily use of inventory management systems spreadsheets and reporting tools.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and control all incoming and outgoing parts and stock.
- Receive inspect and record deliveries accurately.
- Issue parts to technicians drivers or departments as required.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder parts when necessary.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
- Capture and update data on inventory management systems.
- Prepare stock reports and assist with monthly reconciliations.
- Liaise with suppliers regarding orders deliveries shortages and returns.
- Ensure proper storage and organisation of parts and materials.
- Investigate stock discrepancies and resolve variances promptly.
- Maintain a clean safe and organised stores environment.
- Support the operations and maintenance teams with parts availability.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and stock control policies.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in a Parts Controller Stores Controller Stock Controller or similar role.
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel Microsoft Word and inventory/ERP systems.
- Good numerical and administrative skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of stock control processes and inventory management principles.
- A relevant qualification in Stores Logistics Supply Chain or Administration would be an added advantage.
