Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee workshop financial administration including costing pricing and data input.
- Maintain and update price lists ensuring accuracy and alignment with business requirements.
- Manage job costing and ensure all labour parts and overheads are accurately captured.
- Utilise Excel and QuickBooks for financial tracking reporting and reconciliation.
- Support importing and shipping processes including documentation and cost tracking.
- Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and accurate costing.
- Monitor stock parts usage and associated costs within the workshop.
- Ensure all financial records and transactions are captured accurately and timeously.
Key Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks.
- High attention to detail and strong numerical skills.
- Good understanding of costing and pricing structures.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workshop environment.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in Accounting Finance or a related field.
- Professional accounting qualifications are an added advantage.
- Previous experience in a mechanical or workshop environment is essential.
