Job Summary
Our client in the manufacturing sector is seeking motivated detail-oriented and quality-driven professionals to join their production team as aQuality Controller.
The successful candidates will play a key role in ensuring products consistently meet quality standards customer expectations and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections of incoming materials in-process production and finished products.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.
- Analyze quality data and prepare reports.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
Key Skills:
- Strong analytical reporting and problem-solving skills.
- Proven work experience in quality control and Assurance or a similar role.
- Experience in extrusion and extrusion blow moulding processes will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced production environment.
Qualifications:
- A Degree in the Polymer Technology Field or a relevant Diploma in Plastics Technology.
- Knowledge in QMS ISO 9001:2015 SAZ certification or equivalent is added advantage.
- Computer literacy with expertise in Microsoft Office (word excel PowerPoint).
- At least two years experience in a quality control and Assurance position with knowledge in Quality Management Systems ISO 9001:2015.
- Additional qualifications or experience in extrusion and extrusion blow moulding is an added advantage.
